- Local Custom Builders: Focused on a handful of high-end homes every year. We love working with builders who create custom properties, not the standard cookie-cutter houses—someone who concentrates on building a collection of beautiful homes, and wants to work with agents who will represent them well, and pair them with the right buyer.
